Title: Where to get replacement ipac PS2 to USB cable?

I have an ipac2 and I need a replacement cable. I've been looking on NewEgg and Amazon and I can't find either a USB to PS2 cable or a PS2 to PS2 Male/Male connection. Anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Could I use one of those awful, never works, green USB to PS2 converters and then just get a USB cord?
