Title: Coin'ops' monitor dimensions

I would like to know the dimensions of the monitor installed in original cabinets such as Blacktiger, Dragon Ninja, Double Dragon, Golden Axe, R-type, Outrun, Commando, 1942, CPS1 and CPS2 games in general, Neogeo upright cabinet, etc. Any idea where can I find that info?

Look in the instruction manual section for each game. A little detective work might be needed...
