It lets you custom install windows xp. I haven't finished fooling around with it, but so far it looks great.

that looks great.  that could be used for an arcade install.  I'm gonna look into it more.  Thanks for the link

You can find a bunch of information about unattended installs at microsoft msdn.  I did those all the time when I worked for IBM.
