Title: Jukebox front end that also plays videos

Hello,

Does anyone know of a jukebox type front end that plays avi files as well as mp3 files?

I want to make a set top box hooked into my enterainment system that will play mp3's through my stereo, and divx avi videos through my TV.

I have tried out some mp3 only software, but there must be a decent one out there that will do both...

Try looking at some of the DVR software like SnapStream or ShowShifter. I think one had some kind of jukebox like function. Slap a TV card in and have a full entertainment center.

Is there possible a plug-in for winamp that could do this?

As in if the same song name appears as the file name then it automatically plays the video, like it would output visualisation?

Virtual Music Jukebox plays videos as well as audio files.  VMJ also supports dual monitors and canl play the video on a secondary monitor while the user can still browse and select music/videos on the main screen while the video is playing.

Really?  I didn't think it did...great!!!
You mention playing videos in a secondary monitor...will it also play them if just one monitor is used?  Can it play videos full screen?  Does it support TV out on video cards?

Single monitor, dual monitor, half screen, full-screen...monitor, TV, or LCD...plays videos anyway you like them....

You can have the video come out your SVIDEO on your card full screen  and the VGA out to the touch screen monitor.
