Here is another shot of the Marquee, it looks much better in real life. The final print has white grid lines that really make it look nice.

Yowza, this is the new hottness, and I know that b/c I've actually played it. I'm completely jealous of it and plan to mod my MK3 to a full MAME machine after I get married.

The marquee can be seen here:

The front panel does have a slant, the slant was specified the mameroom plans.

It makes using the middle controls real nice. I haven't had any problems getting over the front joysticks to use the middle controls.

Beautiful job. Really clean looking cab.

I love the way you mounted the trackball and 4-way.

Looks great! What was the reasoning for the offset trackball?  Are you thinking of getting some smoked plexi?

Nice work that cab kicks --I'm attempting to get by the auto-censor and should be beaten after I re-read the rules--.

I used 4" speakers from Bob Roberts with Wico Grills. I pretty much used the instructions from Oscar Controls http://www.oscarcontrols.com/speaker/ (http://www.oscarcontrols.com/speaker/).
Except, I used a set of Boston Acoustic Computer Speakers, I used the Boston Sub, and cut the leads to the satalites and hooked them right to the 4" speakers, they sound great.

I offset the trackball, because I wanted my 4-way Ms. Pacman joystick centered. The game that seems to get the most play is Ms. Pacman. Having the trackball offset doesn't seem to make much difference when playing trackball games. It doesn't feel awkward to me or any of my guests. We get into some long marathons of World Class Bowling.

I thought about smoked plexi, but once I got my monitor mounted with the bezel, it looked so good, I wasn't ready to cover it up with smoked plexi. I might try smoked in the future but it really looks great with the clear.
