I've just gotten the LevelSix Dual PSX to USB convertor, and plugged my PSX rig into my computer and remapped out my keys using their joytokey program, and everything works, except for one thing.
Player 2 seems to have a big time delaytime.
Here's what I mean, I would press Light Punch in say Marvel vs Capcom on Player 2, it works, but if I were to press Light Punch rapidly, it wont allow another one at all. But it seems to allow me press a button, wait 1 sec before I can press another one.
Can anyone help me fix this?

first switch the cables find out if it's a problem with the adapter or your controller. If the player 1 (plugged into the player 2) now has that problem, it's the adapter. But if the player 2 (now plugged into player 1) has that problem, it's some problem with your controller.

I've done that it seems to be the adaptor, but the adaptor is brand new, how could this be?
Levelsix sent me a broken adaptor?

email them. Ask if the adapters typically have problems like this. I would think (or hope?) LevelSix would be respectable enough to not willingly sell bad adapters. Ask for a return or exchange.

I think it's the PSX controller that I'm using in my 2nd player mod. It's an Old Madcatz. My Player 1 is a newer madcatz of the same digital controller.
I know this cuz I've plugged in a Real SONY PSX digital pad into the 2nd player slot and it works, all except the slight delay on direction movement.
Maybe I should take apart 2 sony pads which are going for pretty cheap at EB for like $7 CAD. But I heard Sony Pads are hard to soldered to. But I think I've seen one done before. I think the Stealth Black PSX mod at modeverything.com is a mod'ed SONY Digital pad is it not?

If you're talking about soldering to the contacts in an original Sony psx digital pad, I can tell you that it's easy.
My psx pad hack was the first time I *ever* soldered, and it turned out fine.
