I am drafting my cab plans in 3D and need to get the "depth" measurement of the Happs 27" plastic bezel (so I can layout the exact monitor position and angle).
What I need is the distance straight down from the surface of the bezel to the edge that contacts the monitor glass. I understand that it's curved, so the lowest point would be best. (Obviously measuring the length of the beveled edge - as seen in red in the attached jpg - will give me the wrong distance.)
Put another way..if you were to lay a straight edge flat along the surface of the bezel and then measure with another ruler straight down from it to the bottom lip of the bezel...that would be the distance I need.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

At the center points it's 1" deep and at the corner points it's 2" plus or minus 1/8"

Excellent. Thanks a million!! Just out of curiosity that was such a fast and exact response- did you already have that info handy or did you measure it? Impressive response time.

I have my cabinet sitting right beside me and the Bezel isn't installed yet. with tape measure handy I just happend to see your plea and measured it up just for you. We must have been on the board at the exact same time :-)

I actually re-measured it. And it is 2" at the corners and closer to 1.5" at the centers not 1" at the centers...

In the thought that a second look would be helpful...
I measured mine and came up with slightly different measurements. I laid it face down on a hard tiled floor, and used my carpenter's square to measure from the floor to the curve of the bezel at the midpoints and corners.
The spot you've marked in green I measure at 1-1/8".
The spot in the center point on the shorter edges I measure at 1-1/2".
The corners I measured at 1-7/8".
It's hard to measure because the material doesn't lay flat, it bows as you obviously know.

Thanks again MiK and Saint. This info is critical to me since I'm drafting blindly, without the bezel or monitor, and as far as I can tell, the rear of the 9200's frame will come extremely close to the back of my cabinet. Since the cabinet's depth is already questionably *deep* I really want to avoid adding any extra to it. This will help me get my monitor placement right with minimum (hopefully no) modification to the back.
I really appreciate you guys doing this for me. :) Oscar sold the cab his file was based on so it wasn't available to get the additional numbers.
