Title: Just point me in the right direction

Hello, I'm just trying to find info on using Newsgroups (you all know why).  I know how to combine the headers, but I don't know how to decode them to make the attachment....

Try a better newsgroup reader.  Most of them will do the work for you.  I use nomad news.
