I use Waytek for my general wiring needs. Great people to deal with, no minimums and they carry a fairly wide selection of electrical stuff.

I normally pick up a 100' spool or two from Bob Roberts whenever I place an order.  $6 for 100' of 18ga is a decent price, considering I'm paying shipping on the other items already.  As JoyMonkey already wrote, he also sells a grab bag of multi colored wires that comes in handy for projects like wiring up fingerboard adaptors and small control panels.
