Title: FS: 29" Video Marquee - $215+ship or trade for Blaster PCBs - San Diego CA
Post by: griffindodd on October 30, 2012, 02:48:46 pm
$215+ Shipping from San Diego
----or-----
Trade for verified working set of Williams Blaster PCBs

I bought this off eBay for $215+Shipping as a refurb thinking I would use it in my cab build. In the end I decided not to as it wouldn't fit into my almost already completed build. Buy it now on eBay for this is usually $499, new they retail for about $1,100

I don't see myself using it in the future so I figured I'd pass it on to a fellow builder who may want to use it for a video marquee.

It's an LG factory refurb, it has a small pinhead nick in the screen coating in the top left corner which is noticable in black scenes but really very small, it may be repairable if it really bothers you, but it's not really very big at all. Apart from that the screen is excellent, very bright, very colorful and sharp.

I'd like to trade this for a verified working set of Williams Blaster PCBs
----or----
I'd let it go for what I got it for $215 plus shipping to anywhere in the domestic United States, it weighs 28lbs so expect shippnig to be about $30.

That didn't take long... I was looking forward to seeing one of these monitors used in a project.

Yeah I was really looking forward to using it but my cab is too far finished to redesign and accommodate this properly.

Dimensions? Do you have any feel for how much shorter it would be with the bezel de-cased?
