I bought this Marquee on ebay. It hasn't come yet, but what is it?

Seller had tons of marquees up, and I emailed to inquire about combined shipping, and then put in low bids on all of them, and ended up winning 5 of them (Kramer Krane, Ajax, Omega Race, Meltec's Big Mouth, and this one).

Is this an alternate name for the Neo Geo system? Is this a bootleg MVS marquee perhaps?

Neo Geo is refered to as a "Multi Game System" and it has the same layout/look as the Neo Geo Marquee...

My guess is it's a Neo Geo knock-off...

I'm actually looking for a Neo Geo 2 slot marquee... hm... But I'd prefer it actually say Neo Geo on it. (I'm proud of this little board I got as a surprise... (came in a busted up cab @ the last auction I went to... I got the cab to mame & it ended up having a working 2 slot Neo Geo board in it!)
