Title: Hantarex Polo horizontal adjust problem

I have a 25" Hantarex Polo that stopped allowing me to adjust the horizontal size and the picture is squashed.  The picture shows the problem.  I have replaced the pot on the remote board, but that did nothing.  It will begin to adjust at the first maybe 1/16th of a turn, then it stops.  I have also tried adjusting the horizontal width coil on the main board and that did not work either.  Is this a cap problem or something more serious?  Thanks for any info you can provide.
