Hi guys! I bumped in to this gif https://dl.dropbox.com/u/541823/Kiwi.gif (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/541823/Kiwi.gif) in my interwebs endeavours and had quite the flashback from my time as a young and adventurous gamer! :D I had to do some digging to find the name of the game, which I regrettably didn't remember. Anyone else have fond memories about The New Zealand Story? I used to play it with my still functioning, trustworthy C64 breadbox. I can't wait to play this with my cab! ;D

You've never played the arcade version? :dizzy:

:D no, not yet. But bearing in mind, that I'm just building my first cab and my experience with MAME before BYOAC is almost nonexistent, I'll forgive myself ;). Would have been awesome to get to try the original!

Does the 64 port have the hidden stage Warps? The arcade version is awesome, I played it a lot when it was in the arcades.

I don't remember much, but I just checked and yeah, it has warps. It just bugs me a bit, that the graphics I remember look more like the arcade version than C64 version..maybe I'm wrong and I've played the arcade version in this one amusement park I went to quite a few times, when I was just a kid :P
