Title: Arcade VGA Res Tool and DirectDraw in .ini files

Ok, this may be a silly question but can someone tell me how to make the ArcadeVGA Res Tool output .ini files using DirectDraw? ArcadeVGA cards require DirectDraw rather than Direct3D but the Res Tool outputs them all in Direct3D, making everything blurry looking. I don't see anything in the options to change this. Thanks

I can't answer your other question, but in regards to the blurriness, look for a setting called "effect" and set it either to none or sharp, depending upon your video card.
