Griffindodd's Marvel vs Capcom: Revolution (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,121570.0.html) is a great example of a 2 screen hybrid MAME/Pinball setup.
Tony Silveira's build is called "bArcade" (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,102665.msg1086963.html#msg1086963). It has a fold down TV/monitor.
Several people are using ultra-widescreen monitors for their marquee (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,102321.msg1083310.html#msg1083310).
Some have also talked about using a small 7" LCD on their control panel (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,122401.msg1299501.html#msg1299501) to display instruction cards.
What function did you have in mind?

I was just thinking it would cool for spectators to be able to view whats going in the game without hunching over the players shoulders. Like a mini jumbo tron or something displaying and intense battle. I had this extra smaller lcd screen thats not being used you know.

You going with a mame setup or with a jamma board?
-
I have a second "spectator" moitor (TV) for my dart board...

In that case just put the second monitor on top of the cabinet, like they used to do with Dragon's Lair.

Pretty much what I was thinking, I was just curious what it would look like.

That is BaDass and if I was working from scratch I would consider doing it this way.

I'm embarrassed to say I remember the game in the arcade but never played it. Did the top screen mirror what was going on below? But yah basically I'd be doing something like this if I did it.

Yes. It was there so spectators could watch.
