Title: cpu demand for games running mame vs psx/ps2 for 3d fighting games???``

I was just curious about running a computer that doesnt have a crazy processor for 3d games...tekken mostly. If the games were choppy on Mame what are the odds of running the same game ported onto a console (PS) running better ??
