I came upon a command.dat file.  it looks interesting.  I searched on the forum and found nothing.

it looks like I can use it to derive moves? like combos etc.  or is it to tell the system what the moves are?

how would i use something like this:

I tried it with MAMEPlus long ago and it worked, not sure if it's still supported.
