Am I seriously the only person that got completely screwed over by DHL (aka the only shipping option from ultimarc)? My problem wasn't with ultimarc themselves but the shipping company. They came to my house a few times at like 2 in the afternoon when nobody was around, refused to drop the package off because they needed payment for all the extra bs charges they tacked on, wouldn't take a phone payment from me for some stupid reason, then told me I had to drive 100 km to their shipping warehouse to pick up my package? I just remember it being a really bad experience that I haven't done since (about 2.5 years or so). Now anytime I need anything from ultimarc I just drive the hour (100km) or so to the playdium store in toronto and be done with it. Again not the fault of Ultimarc, but in a roundabout way it sort of is by not offering any alternative shipping to that pos company

Where are you located? Your use of km makes me think you're in Canada, which may explain the additional charges.
