Try a thrift store.  Lots of old computer parts to be had at those places.

Are you looking for speakers and an amplifier, an amplifier, or just a replacement speaker (http://www.amazon.com/BRS40-Replacement-Individually-Packaged-Clamshell/dp/B001RNNX8K/)?

Ah.  Well, Newegg.com has some cheap speakers in the $5-10 range.  But most are rated poorly, so you do get what you pay for.  :dunno
