Recently on Craigslist I happened upon a ViewSonic VP230mb. A 23.1" 4:3 LCD. I have never ever heard of this bad boy until I came across it. I snagged it for $75. It's in excellent condition and the picture is great. Really looking forward to using this in my planned cabinet.
Apparently these things cost $4500 back in the day... Crazy. Up until now I always assumed the Samsung 213t was the biggest LCD out there (21.3").

Very nice!

How many of you guys immediately typed that model number into eBay and your local Craigslist? C'mon, raise your hands! :w00t

Guilty.
But no luck.

Wow. Congrats on finding such a huge 4:3 LCD. I had to settle for a 28" Hannspree 16:10 LCD as a replacement for my 27" Makvision. I'm pretty happy with getting a brand new 16:10 LCD of that size though, as they are all out of production. :)
