Title: I-Pac Notepad program mode not saving changes

I do the ctrl-alt-p program mode in Notepad to set up my joystick and buttons and it seems to work fine.  i press "e" to save and exit and it says everything's cool.  when i test the controls in Notepad, however, all the keymapping is back to default.  Am I missing something?  are there supposed to be jumpers on the ipac?  should i be standing on one leg?  if so, which one?

I'm using Win XP, btw.

have you tried just using winipac?

No, I thought the Notepad method would be less of a hassle.

used winpac... worked. :)
