Title: Cronus
Post by: ark_ader on September 05, 2012, 07:50:08 am
I do have a selection of modern consoles that I do like to play with.  My Xbox 360 gets quite a few hours a day with a selection of titles like Battlefield and the most addictive game yet - Catherine.

I do have both the PS3,  Wii and the Xbox next to the PC and I would like to get rid of the cable hell that is associated with controllers and such.  What I do have a huge problem with is controllers.  I love my Xbox 360 controller and would dearly like to have it work with the PC, Wii and the PS3 without the wires.  I cannot play with the PS3 due to the controller and I'm sure I would pwn all my mates if I could get the PS3 to see my Xbox controller.

When I saw this little gizmo I thought it was another one of those keyboard and mouse adapters, but wait... it works with Wii, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.   :woot

I'm babbling about Cronus.  Has anyone got one yet and is it all what it is cracked up to be?  £50 is a bit much for a complete solution, and very expensive if it isn't.

I can't solve all your problems Ark...but you can get a usb dongle for the PC to use the Xbox 360 controller.  :applaud:

I got one it works well...but I still prefer mouse and keyboard.

I saw the Cronus in EGM the other day and looked it up. Definitely interested in hearing some real life reviews. My birthday is less than two weeks away and I'll have some money burning a hole in my pocket.

Yep my annual increment is in two weeks too and funnily enough I will have similar benefactors.

Just not too sure on the distributors.  Either they are in Euros or the only UK company looks like a start up.

Soon as I can get my hands on one, I shall do a review.

On a completely different note did anyone notice that Black Mesa is coming out next week?  Like 8 years in the making.

September is going to be the most interesting month of this year.  ;D
