Title: i-pac 2 issue

Hey folks its been awhile since visiting i have decided to creat a new Arcade and I ran into a hiccup with the I-pac 2. I will list everything I have at current and if someone could give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated.

I-pac 2 (with latest winpac) connected via usb
Windows 7 machine
usb keyboard
usb mouse

I have my control panel connected and wired the I-pac 2 is solid green lit. My keyboard works fine as you see here i am typing on it as does my mouse (did you see the cursor move?)
However, I am not getting any inputs from the control panel in DOS, notepad, or any keyboard test program suggested by ultimarc. I am stumped and I beg of you some help!

If anyone of you remember me I did the Babycade with fish on the side for my daughter 7 years ago, I got the bug again please help!

It looks like its stuck in PS2 mode its 2 quick blinks and then solid green. Any ideas?

Andy took care of me it looks like i got a faulty board. I took the I-pac from the baby cade and it worked perfectly.
