Title: NSM Grand Performer 2000 c.d. wont spin

 Hello again,
   so I put a new cdm 12. 4 in this juke box thinking that might have been the problem but it still wont spin the c.d. so now what should I check ? any help is greatly appreciated.

You will probably have to contact the jukebox manufacturer's tech support department.
