Title: need advice/help on vision pro lcd cga/vga 19 inch arcade monitor

I picked up a cheap one off eBay, i own 2 19 crt's. I have a ultracade uvc, arcadevga older and newer one and jpac. Have tried running signal direct from 15k on arcadevga card and also jpac. I can get this thing to work with 15k signal. I don't want to run a computer right into acting as a computer monitor 31k. What are people using as a setup for this. Any insight or information would be very helpful thanks.
