Hey guys. I thought I'd make a thread about pics of cabs we've seen "in the wild" as in when we've been somewhere and (suddenly) come across a cab. Of course this requires you to have a camera with you, but these days I'd say most of us carry one all the time. You know, the one that has a phone integrated to it ;).
I found this Atari Super Sprint in a second hand antique furniture shop. I asked how they got it, and they told me that it had been in someones house, where they went to get all the furniture for sale. Not really surprising story. It hadn't worked at that point, but they had someone fix it and now it was working (though I had to take their word for it, as I didn't try it). Selling price was 1500 euros :o.

Always nice to find them at unusal places. But the price should be 300-400 euros...

Jennifer, Euro is the currency used in most of Europe at this point. It's worth about $1.25 currently.

Daytona Beach, Florida. The boardwalk there has some neat stuff. This bad boy was hidden under a load of brochures. Actually thought about buying it from the operator, but it's a friend's of his and he's in the process of fixing it up to look good as new before retiring (with it in his basement). Man, that would've been a good base.
