Morning everyone,

Hello my name is Bryden. I just got all my parts together to start building my first cab. I've been planning this for a little while now. I am doing a 4 player cab with only joysticks and push-buttons. I got 40 push-buttons and 4 switchable 8 way joysticks (considering modding to make them faster to switch). I taught myself how to solder last night. Anyways its been an exciting few days. I have gotten tons of great info from this site. Thank you everyone!

Always Learning,
Bryden

Hello,

Control panel has been cut, holes have been drilled, and buttons and joysticks have been fitted. I'm gonna start wiring either tonight after work and classes, or tomorrow after work. I'll drop picks after first light up. Unfortunately two of my led's came in non working... but that's okay it just speeds up the inevitable switch to RGB led's and either led-wiz or pac-led. Trying to decide on how to finish the panel so it looks nice. MDF is easy to work with, but does't look very good... More later.
