hi
I bought and instaled new card Radeon 4350 512MB

its working quit nice, but i doesnt recognize vga input

the result is each time i started WinXP, it ask for driver for PCI device
i'm using crt_emudriver_9.3 xp 32bit
Mayby someone can help me what to do ?? maybe drivers need tu be updated ??

have you checked either of these threads? might be the same issue.. though i have a gigabyte HD4350 and it installs fine.. only issue with mine is the screen isn't registered as a PC monitor so the video card somehow stops the PC from booting.. had to use a different card..

i checked this threads, i also tied the files - no results
drivers recognizes my card, but only DVI works, it doesnt install drivers for vga port, and system asks for it each time i start win xp
i dont need vga port working, but driver missing pupup is quiet anoying

in device manager, right click on the device causing the popup and click - disable
that should stop it maybe?

What those posts show are the files that need to be modified in the driver install files (before installing). You need to edit those with *your* PCI values. I've done this for other people but don't have time to do it at the moment, sorry. It's quite easy to do anyway. The problem is that the drivers don't recognize your somewhat unusual PCI value of AA38.

thx for that information, but what files need to be modified ?? maybe i'll be able to do it, let You know, if not, pls made the changes and post them with your free time
edit:
do i need only to modiffy file CX_76825.inf
and add line:
"ATI Radeon HD 4350" = ati2mtag_R7X, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_AA38
or smg else ??
im really noobie on this ;p

Yes, you need to add that line there. Also add the AA38 device to the other files too.

i saw this file before, but nothing else pop up im my head besides this line
