I've realized I need to get the artwork sorted before I can make anymore progress on my 3 sided CP so here are a few mock ups. Any love or criticism would be appreciated. And just to head off any questions, the joystick at the top will be a dedicated 4way that will be rotated to 45 Degrees for Q*Bert and the like.

A) I love the pics
B) If the joystick at the top is a 4-way you should adjust the triangle/arrows accordingly, or are you trying to also reference the q-bert influence... maybe make the diagnals a different color then?
C) I like 1 and 3... 1 is more exciting, 3 is simpler without the dual images
What are the other colors of the cab? Such as buttons, joystick balls and especially the T-Molding?

Black sides, Blue moulding, blue lit GGG buttons. I've linked the project thread (which has not had much attention on my part) at the bottom so you can get an idea.
I'm still wondering what to do with the arrows. I'm going to have LEDs that light up the directions the joystick can move, but I think they'd look a little odd just floating in space.

Tasteful use of homoerotic tension, especially in the first one; I love it! That's my fave.
First two are the best. I like the black background if you can't get of the gradient banding in the top right. I suspect It will be distracting in the final printout. Love the ying/yang electrical storm in #2. Really pro work!

I like #2 myself. Love the electric yin/yang and the lack of secondary images. But then, I like darker CPs.

The button surrounds are dull and don't really blend well with the art. Too squarish and they look out of place. Interesting that you're doing a 4 way up top with no buttons to go with it. Plan on playing a lot of pac-man but not much else? Any thought to getting one of those really neat-o joysticks that can change from 4way to 8way and eliminating that third stick because once you put it all together I think that third stick will really distract from what you've got going on there.
I'd save that rad art for the marquee or sideart. It's very nice but with the lit buttons I think it may gets lost. Still, if I had to pick one I'd go with CP4 but mute or grayscale the monochrome guys in back to make the foreground guys pop a bit more. It's very dynamic. Can't wait to see what you pick.

That is dedicated 4 way that is going to be on a servo so I can spin it 45 degrees for Q*Bert and Congo Bongo (and any others that take it). I figure it can use the 2 player buttons. I'm still really torn on the whole thing. I'm no artist by any stretch of the imagination, so I just try and grab ideas from other thing I've seen around. Originally I didn't have anything around the buttons but thought they looked even stranger just floating there in space. Keep it coming. Constructive criticism is exactly what I'm looking for to help work this out.
