Title: Time Crisis on dual PC monitors?
Post by: theonegoku on August 30, 2012, 12:37:11 pm
I tried searching but couldn't find anything related to this.  I recently rigged pedal to my TopGun 3 and go it to work on time crisis two so that it feels more authentic, but I am curious if anyone has gotten time crisis to do dual mode like in the arcades.

In the arcade the two players would take seperate paths, even to the point where one person could see the other player  shooting from the other side of the level they were on,  it is one thing to worry about the little stuff (if the topgun is set to emulate the mouse coordinates, then what would the other one be emulating?) But even more, how would mame know not to duplicate both screens? Or if there was a split screen type, how would you increase YOUR side of the screen etc.

If anyone has any clue what im talking about, any advice would be great, I can picture it my head, but getting it to actually do it is becoming a pain.  I am finishing the whole setup and working on getting the cabinets and I hope to have the software portion of this figured out by then.  Thank you again, have fun.
