dont have enough privilege to ask this on the  neo geo forum  :cry:

can i fit a  27 inch monitor into a 4 slot neo geo v3  >....???? am thinking on buying a

Wells & Gardner Arcade Monitor (D9810) 27 inch flat screen .....

I don't know the actual measurements, but I'm be inclined to say no you can't.
Only because they look to be completly filled side to side with the 25" monitor. I can't see a 27" fitting that.
