Title: Rowe cd-100 amp model issue
Post by: macleoud2 on August 21, 2012, 09:11:13 pm
Greetings.

i am new on this forum thing, sorry.
got a question about the pre-amp jumper on the Rowe cd-100 series, see in one of the jumpers read for use only on 2 models (i don't recall the numbers) and number 61024901.
i see that the same jumper works perfectly on 61024903 amp. but on the 61024902 series cause different issues like interference or some other problems.

that jumper is the same mentioned above, i wish to know if there is another jumper configuration for the 61024902.
since for what i see the boards on the 901 and 903 amp are diferent to the 902 amp, even the number parts of the boards are different

thanks and sorry... kinda noob am i

Hello macleoud2,

The usual difference in the jumper plug is because the pre amp with the additional link on has a microphone input on it. The link is usually a blue coloured wire the rest are white.

Thanks for the answer Alan, i will bother you once more asking about a different configuration of the wires on the jumper, since i don't have it on the user manual, nor anywhere on the net.
I already have for the 61024901 and 61024903, the one missing, if there is one at all, is for the 61024902.
I can't recall all the wires position, but blue goes from 2 or 3 to 7, and the white ones ended up on the 9th pin.

See ya around, people
