Title: Minimum post count to send/reply PM's?

I am new here. Can you tell me what the minimum post count is to send/reply PM's? It's is rather tough trying to buy from b/s/t without the PM function. ;D

You could just post a buncha times in this thread all in a row...or go around and tell folks what a good job they're doing. Surely there are 4 people that need a pat on the back. Maybe you could mosey over to the UCA thread and check out some of the builds linked there, or find your own to nominate!
