Title: MaLa instant sheller woes

hey so i would like to completely shell the arcade machine that i have with MaLa I'm using the program instant sheller but when ever i set MaLa as the shell in windows xp it wont even start any one help?

 Explain what happens, and include what kind of monitor and desktop resolution.

 Nothing I just get a black screen no mala until I start explorer.exe

You didn't include the other information. Also, what all features are you enabling in Instant Sheller?

so Im running windows xp The resolution I'm running at varies from the monitor i use to work on it to the tv but the monitor is 1280x1024 and on instant sheller I choose mala as the shell and the only option i turn off is the change boot image as i already have one.
