i recently setup nullDC on my mame cabinet so my kids could play Marvel vs Capcom 2. I managed to get it set up so mala will launch the games and for the most part everything works. however whenever i launch a game, the player 2 controls are not defined. I am using a keywiz for my controls (except my start buttons, which are on a usb gamepad, which is an entirely different problem)
anyway, i can manually connect controller 2 in the settings and it keeps the button assignments, but when i exit the game and launch another one, only player 1 is connected and i have to manually connect player 2 again every time. is there something I am missing? why won't it save my config? is there a way to manually edit a config file to make it keep the controls configured every time?
