Hyper Scan high-speed channel changer
Proven to be very useful when playing video games.
-
Why make an "arcade" cabinet for console games? Makes no sense. :dunno

+1
If i'm going to hold controllers, I'd generally want to be sitting on the couch.

Unstupid- you've gotta send that pic to the seller.
-
buy it....hook an atari up to it...
then send him pictures of the system and you giving the middle finger

must have lost the old RF switchbox.
dang...hate when that happens.

Pfft. RCA to Coax adapter, cheap at Radio Shack, cheaper online. No stinking RF switchboxes ever again (unless you're firing up a 5200).
But while we're on the subject if you can't hook up an Atari (Jaguar? Lynx? 800xl?), can you instead hook up a Colecovision, Intellivision or top-loader NES to that thing instead? Why/why not? Does hooking up anything through coaxial cause it to spontaneously combust?
More questions: Why does it have a coin door if it's running consoles? Why was the cabinet named after an internet meme? Why is fast channel-switching important (If I want to watch baseball standing up during videogame cutscenes)? Why is the bezel white? Did someone really build a large arcade cabinet to play "Virtual Bart"?
Personally, I'd offer $100 for the Genesis, TV and the four wheels - everything else he can keep.

Hello!!
it's got a "15 Color Super Command onscreen display with trilingual menu"
what more do you need.
it also comes with a free extension cord
I guess you could hook an Atari up to it, but the adapter would just make it look ugly.

Compare...
Hehn hehn hehn. Now, now kids. They built a real-looking cabinet that can take quarters. What they play on it may be ridiculous, but other than that I see no issue.
Edit: WHOA, who cleaned the thread, and why?

i swear if i had the money to drop id buy it hook up an atari and take pic with my middle finger high in the sky and send it to him. then the next one would be of me burning it. i think we should all pray to the mame gods for forgiveness for this poor lost soul for he know not what he do. and if it shall be found he did knowith what he was doing then shall he burn forever in a lake of fire in the deepest darkest pit of hell. amen

fomentation...

fomentation...
*googles fomentation* ... The act of fomenting... huh?!
*googles again* ... A substance or material used as a warm, moist medicinal compress; a poultice. ????
*googles yet again* ...The therapeutic application of warmth and moisture, as to relieve pain.
nope...no idea what you're talking about.

I'm wondering if it will fit through a door. Looks bigger than 32inches to me. I bet it is in his garage and realized that it won't fit through a door too late and is now selling it. :laugh2:
-
Why does it have a coin door if it's running consoles?
Better question... why only the top half of an over/under door? Where do the coins go, and how do you retrieve them? Looking at the pics of it open in the back, it looks like that coin door is just above one of the shelves... would coins just fall on the shelf and pile up into a big mess?

At least he has the wisdom to not want it any more... ;D

my personal favorite pictures are him showing genesis pads in one shot and n64 shots in another. i wonder if that panel rotates to other controls?
