Title: Trouble Starting Mala With Windows

I'm trying to get Mala to start-up with windows. I found the option in the configuration settings, but I got a message telling me that windows will not allow and to check my firewall and security. I've taken a look, even turned off my firewall, yet it still doesn't work and comes up with the same message. Any advice?
