I finally got my rotating monitor working along with a dynamic rotating desktop. A huge thanks to DNA Dan for all his help and guidance...

Wow nice job!

I have an Android tablet mounted on a lazy Susan which does a similar job.

It too moves Mame in portrait and landscape modes.
