Title: Punch Out (or Playchoice 10) cabinet build - dimensions needed

I've done some searching an cannot find dimensions for a Punch Out cabinet. Does anyone have the specs on this dual monitor cabinet? Are there other games that use the same cab as (Super) Punch Out?

Also, which version of mame should I use to run the game correctly on two monitors?

edit: or a Playchoice 10 cabinet. Seems to be the same...
