I am trying to get one of these going right now. I must really be a ding dong cause I can't even get one light to work. I have the PACLED plugged into a molex, and have one wire going from a positive pin to the positive side of the led and a wire going from a numbered pin to the negative side of the led. I cannot for the life of me get this light to light up, in either the PACLED software or ledblinky. Am I missing something? Do I need to ground the board? There is a ground pin at the bottom of all of the pins.

I have one wire running off a + post to the Positive side of my LED, and one running off a number to the other side. At the bare minimum I should see the light come on breifly when I boot the cab, but no. I am plugged into power through a molex connector and am in to the computer through a USB. My PACLED64 says it sees the board, but that is it.

I was talking about a pic or diagram of how you have it wired...
But how you're describing it (hard to tell for sure) it sounds like you may have your LED hooked up backwards.
The PACLED64 has a built in animation that will run continuously when powered. First, it will light all the outputs, then 1 ,4, 7, 10, etc, then 2, 5, 8, 11, etc, then 3, 6, 9, 12, etc, then repeat from the start. If you are not seeing this, you have something wired wrong. Or possibly (but unlikely) a faulty board. I had an issue with one of my PACLED64s not lighting with LEDBlinky, but would still run the startup animation, turned out to be a bad USB cable.

1 Set multimeter to DCV.
2. Black meter lead to LED - lead.
3. Red meter lead to LED + lead.
4. ? ? ?
5. Profit.
Be you sure you're getting the voltage to the LED. If the voltage is there, the LED is probably wired backward. (no damage done)

I had it wired fully, but it didnt work. So, I stripped it down. Now I have 1 LED, with one wire from the + post going to the positive side of the LED and 1 wire going from #1 on the board to the other side of the LED. That's it. Down to the minimum. I could draw a diagram, but I thought it would be a little silly.

I will see if I can get a hold of a voltmeter. I will also try another power source in the meantime I suppose.

There is nothing silly about wiring diagrams/schematics, especially when seeking online troubleshooting help.

Silly questions but doesn't hurt to ask.
Have you tried different leds, might have a bad batch.
Have you tried 5v leds with 100ohm resistor?
Are you sure you are connecting the longer leg of the led to the + and the shorter leg to the -?
Did you check to see if your leds need any kind of resistance?
You said said you were wired to molex, take your led strip lighting and and touch the wire to the yellow and black on your incoming molex cord and see if you get juice or just touch the wires of one of your leds to the yellow and black leads in the molex. Although you said the PC is seeing the board, the power may be coming from the USB connection and not the molex.
Not sure but you should be getting ground from your USB connection to the PC....
Checked out the rig on ultimarc....on the software do you have the brightness turned up?
I used the ledwiz and for the life of me my leds would not light up, well it was because the intensity setting was set to 0...
If none of that works send it back to Andy for another board....or just get you an led wiz.......so much easier to program and work with.....just terminate your leds to a + terminal block and coneect the - legs to the ledwiz and done........gets powere via usb no molex needed

I actually did end up getting it working last night. It turned out the molex I was tapping into from the power supply was bad. So I am good now. I just need to wire the other half of the board.
I have looked into the programming a little, and wow, I am in for some long hours here. This looks like its going to be a ---smurfette---.
