Hi guys, probably not the right place to post, but can anyone lead me in the right direction on how to create a custom games list in AdvanceMENU???
Is it even possible?
Please Please Please, any documentation
Thanks

Yes. Read the documentation in the 'docs' folder that comes with the distribution. It may not make any sense, but there you have it.

I'll go through it again. You're right doesn't make any sense, but thanks, now at least I know its possible...

if you have everything running and you just want a gamelist that you want, just edit the gamelist and delete the ones you don't want to show up in the Menu.
I do this with my setup, I just add the games I want manually everytime in the gamelist.

I'd recommend just using mgalaxy if you can. I find it to be in general to be more user friendly and you can create you own custom game list(the favorite list)
from within the front end, via favoriteing the games you like/want on the list.

I assumed he was using Advmenu for some particular reason, given it's an arcane (though lovely in it's way) and obscure FE.
You don't have to maually edit the list. Just have only the roms you want in the folder.

hmm, yes I'm using GroovyArcade with AdvMenu, the problem is that there is bios roms visible in the list, and games for which I don't have a full romsets (I suppose they're bits and pieces from the romsets I want).
I didn't come around in following Gray Area's advice yes, but will look at the documentation, but while we're on the topic, the only thing resembling filtering is the emulator_roms_filter line, which does not filter anything =7
Anyone with suggestions?

Got it, for those who care...
Whilst in the menu, hover on a/the game, use F9 to group in either bad, good or very good, then use F2 to toggle these groups...

Yeah, you'll note those options are in the rc file. All of them are. Understanding them, mmmmm......
