Title: ms pac cocktail cpo modifying

I need to modify a ms. pac cocktail cpo to have a pushbutton. I think I am competent enough to mess around with this in photoshop but I need the overlay files, can anybody point me to some high quality ones?

Also, can anyone suggest the best material to have kinko's print this out on to make it as close to the arcade as possible, and possibly a cost estimation for that?
