Title: Question about Hyperspin and U360
Post by: jammin0 on June 18, 2012, 05:13:55 pm
S, I have my system up and running great.  Instead of using an encoder for my controls I am just connected using the u360 and it's 8+shift buttons.  Everything works great and I have plenty of buttons but I am running into a hitch with some emulators other than MAME.  It seems as though you must hit the escape key in order to exit the emulator.  Is there an easy way to have the u360 emulate an esc key press or am I screwed without some kind of encoder?

Anyone else run into this same problem.

you can use xpadder or joy2key to map your gamepad buttons to be key presses. that's your best bet. either assign all your buttons to key presses, or just one to the esc key.

Autohotkey cures all.
