Happ sells the popular over/under coindoor. It comes with yellow reject buttons as standard but you can ask them to ship it with amber,green,yellow,red and blue. Model#40-0038-00  $82.70 +tax and shipping. Just giving you an example but you can order any style Happ coin door and have it shipped with whatever color reject button you like.

thanks spidermonkey. Do you know off hand if the sell just the pushbuttons? I have an extra over/under than doesn't have any buttons.

I believe they do, but I'm not sure what the part numbers are.  Perhaps taken off one of the exploded diagrams?
