Well, I took the plunge!
So far, my 'cabinet' has been some sketches. Yesterday I bought a Daytona 4 way shifter (NOS) from eBay for £40. I have a Modena 360 USB wheel and pedals- I'm hoping I can just wire the 4 switches of the shifter as buttons in my emulators :)
Will post pics when it's delivered, if anyone is interested :)

Are you building a full on driving cab, or just hanging the controls off a normal standup cab?

My plan is to have an upright cab with swappable panels. One (main) panel with 2 player neo-geo/street fighter layout, and a driving panel with Daytona controls (VR buttons, shifter etc). The pedals will be permanent in a footwell. RJ45 seems to be the way to go.. :)
Any suggestions welcomed (and appreciated!)
