Title: Chrome T-Molding

This cabinet looks great!

Metal Mame (http://www.arcadecontrols.org/yabbse/index.php?board=10;action=display;threadid=9502)

I booked marked this post so I could refer to it for inspiration when I was ready to build mine.

...I'm ready.

I can't tell by the pictures, but does the chrome coating distort around the corners, especially the ones bending in?

I live very close to Happs, so I was planning on buying the t-molding from them, just to make it easier for myself, since I'm buying other parts from there. Has anyone used their, "Chrome Plastic Metal", how is it different from their "Polished Chrome"? I'm asking because they only sell the "polished Chrome" for 5/8, I'll need it in 3/4.

I also remember someone saying they ordered 20 feet of t-molding from happs and getting 20, 1 foot strips from them, was this a fluke? Did it get resolved?  I couldn't find the post using the search feature.

<<Sorry about that, I put quotes around the first link, now it should work.>>

Thanks, that's my cab.  I got the chrome t-moulding from t-moulding.com.  It does not distort in the corners and I made some pretty tight bends.  I was concerned about that as well.  I just got a new digital camera and was going to take some more pics soon.
