Title: Slow Computer and MAME

Will MAME32 run on a slow computer under Windows?  Say like a Pentium 200Mhz.  

What is the minimum recommended processor speed?
What is the minimum recommended amount of RAM?
What is the recommended Windows version for MAME32?

I had a Pentium 200 MMX.  MAME32 is slightly slower than command line (Windows) MAME which I used. Ram doesn't make a lot of difference on that system.  I had 48 Meg and went to 128 meg, but couldn't play any games that I couldn't play before.

I use a Pentium 200 MMX with 128M Ram and a 4M PCI (Rendition Verite) Video Card.
