Title: What should be the size of my cabinet for a 20'' PC monitor?

I decided to using a 20'' PC monitor for my MAME cabinet that me and my father are working on. I'm going to make the sides thicker, while the cabinet itself will have Bezels. What do you recommend for the size of my cabinet for a 20'' PC monitor? When you recommend it, what would the dimensions/inches be?
