Title: Mala Jukebox help
Post by: trashcan on April 26, 2012, 03:58:06 pm
OK. I went into mala checked the use jukebox field.  Pointed it to my MP3 folder but where is the juke box from there?  Do I need to downlaod jukebox software or does mala have a built in jukebox?   I searched around for this question, but all I got was to check the use juke box field and point to your mp3 folder.. I need to know the next step.

I would recommend seeking help in the "Mala Frontend Forum" instead of this "software Forum".

I love Mala, but honestly, Mala's Jukebox is pretty minimal. If you've only got a few songs or so, go for it, but if you've got a sizable collection, you're probably going to be better off using some software that's dedicated specifically to jukes, and use Mala to just launch it.
For other juke software, the wiki here is a good place to start.

However, the wiki also has a full write up on the jukebox part of Mala
