hi all,
i'm curious if anyone has successfully connected a set of console racing pedals to their machine for racing games. i am talking about just the pedals, not the steering wheel / pedals combo.
i'm thinking of adding a phone line plug to the base of my machine where the pedals would plug into (most pedals i've seen use a phone line plug).
anyone have any thoughts or stories to share if you've gotten it done?
many thanks

how many pedals will you have cat-3 jack for one will work if more then one get a double plate like this http://www.computercablestore.com/Faceplate_Flat_1_gang_2_p_PID42530.aspx (http://www.computercablestore.com/Faceplate_Flat_1_gang_2_p_PID42530.aspx)
I would recess into your cabinet and use bondo to smooth it out in the seems thats what i did for my usb ports

this is next on my list. digging thru some old parts, looking for an interface board. i have an old old old ipac (i believe) that has rotary/trackball inputs but it only outputs to gameport, so this is out.
also have a jpac but this is digital only. 4-player (and 2-player) ipac, digital only also.
now this one might work...
small board, hard drive type 40 pin cable pins with wiring harness. harness looks to have trackball plugs. nothing written on the board except "94V-0", "MP-2". plugs in via ps-2. could this be an nitial run of an optipac?
anyone have any ideas how best to get these pedals plugged into the pc? fi, both pedals are analogue and have their own pots

if your pedals are analog then your need and A-pac from ultimarc
